Thyroglobulin autoantibody (TgAb) ELISA kit ELISA
The TAE/96/2 kit is an accurate enzymatic assay to measure thyroglobulin autoantibodies in human serum to diagnosis autoimmune thyroid disorders.
Overview
Identify autoimmune destruction of the thyroid associated with the formation of autoantibodies to thyroglobulin
Diagnosis autoimmune thyroid diseases
Benefits
- ACCURATE AND RELIABLE ENZYMATIC ASSAY
Assay principle: sandwich
Tg molecules are coated onto the ELISA plate wells. A Protein A-Alkaline Phosphatase conjugate constitutes the liquid phase, which binds to the TgAb from the sample bound to the immobilized Tg. Addition of p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) enables quantification of the Protein a-Alkaline phosphatase conjugate bound to the plate.
Assay procedure: 15 min at RT / shaking + 15 min at RT / shaking + 15 min at RT in the dark.
Features
Working range: 65 – 5000 U/mL (NIBSC 65/093)
Sample: serum – 50 µL
Analytical sensitivity: 9.8 U/mL
Normal values
Cut-off | Tg Ab U/mL |
