MAb Anti-phospho P38-Eu cryptate HTRF®
- High affinity
The Anti-phospho p38-Eu cryptate is a labeled MAb enabling the detection of p38 MAPK only when phosphorylated at Thr180 & Tyr 182. It does not cross-react with the corresponding phosphorylated forms of either p44/42 MAPK or SAPK/JNK . It does not detect non-phosphorylated p38 MAPK. This allows the construction of a highly specific biochemical kinase assay. Any kind of substrate can be used, from small synthetic peptides to natural substrates, meaning high assay detection versatility. As HTRF tolerates extremely high ATP concentrations, an assay can be performed at physiological ATP concentrations.
