L-Thyroxine (T4) radioimmunoassay kit RIA
Differential diagnosis between neurovegetative dystonia and hyperthyroidism
Evaluate suspected hypothyroidism, suspected hyperthyroidism (Graves' disease and adenomas of the thyroid), and goiter
Monitor treatment by thyroxine substitution and thyreostatic therapy
- FAST ONE-STEP ASSAY
The principle of the assay is based on competition between 125-iodine radiolabeled T4 and the T4 contained in the samples for a fixed and limited number of anti-T4 polyclonal antibody binding sites adsorbed onto the tube walls.
One-step assay procedure: 45 minutes at RT / shaking.
Working range: 2.5 – 360 ng/mL (3.2-461 nmol/L)
Sample: serum or plasma – 20 µL
Analytical sensitivity: 2.5 ng/mL (3.2 nmol/L)
|Population: serum from men and women||T4 ng/mL||T4 nmol/L|
|Euthyroidism||45 – 110||58 - 142|
