Overview

Phospholipase C ß (PLC-ß)-coupled G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) produce IP1, an analyte quantified by the IP-One assay. Purified IP1 can be used as a sandard to quantify the IP1 produced by cells in an experimental setup.
