Human trypsin (htrypsin) radioimmunologic assay kit RIA
Differentially diagnose in presence of acute abdominal syndrome and other symptoms due to pancreatic disease
- ACCURATE AND RELIABLE ASSAY
In the first step, serum trypsin and 125I-radiolabeled trypsin compete for highly specific anti-trypsin antibodies. In the second step, the trypsin or 125I-radiolabeled trypsin antibody complex, which reacts with an anti-rabbit gammaglobulin, precipitates. After centrifugation, the 125I-activity in the precipitate is measured.
Assay procedure: 3h at RT + 30 min at RT + 15 min centrifugation.
Working range: 8 – 1200 ng/mL
Sample: serum – 100 µL
Analytical sensitivity: 8.0 ng/mL
