Overview
Cell-based assay buffer need to be carefully adjusted to guarantee optimal cell and nucleus lysis. EPIgeneous cell-based assay buffer A has been developped to maximize histone extraction and provide ideal assay conditions for the sensitive detection of methylated histones.
This buffer is to be used in combination with cell-based H3K36Me2 kit.
